It is always a challenge to bring cost-intensive facilities with enormous safety standards to an secure, stable and long-lasting manufacturing process. Managing the complex processes in material and components under high temperatures is only feasible with experience and sensitive equipment. The franke heat-up service meets all these high demands, avoiding heat-up damages at the refractory and assuring a timely start of production with:

Temperature monitoring by using thermography
The requirements for heat-up processes have risen significantly in the last years. Accordingly, we have constantly been adapting our thermografic and endoscopic equipment. Today, it offers a high technological added value compared to other methods.
